Why are rapidshare.de not allowing uploads anymore ? and why does Flixdump not allow links from rapidshare.com ?
I specifically dont know the answer to either question
but my guess is, rapidshare.de is getting illegal uploads, or server is full
and flix is getting too many complaints on rapidshare.com
