ok, so i followed the instructions Bellman and Lee left, and i downloaded Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix. I downloaded every part, and saved them in a file, which i brought up on WinRAR. I extracted them, so now it is a movie, but when ever i click on it, or drag it to my Windows Media Player, the screen is all black, but there is sound. Is this something i did? Or is it something wrong with the movie? Thanks.

You just need the codec for it, either download divx player, or google for a .avi codec!

another good movie player is VLC media player, google it

Hi,
Just now I downloade a movies with 8 parts wit extension of first part as 'dvdscr.xvid-imbt.avi.001.avi' .
After that all the patrs has the extension
dvdscr.xvid-imbt.avi.002
dvdscr.xvid-imbt.avi.003
and so on.
I am able to play the first part but not able to play the rest.I added .avi at the last of each file but still then it was not working.
Pls help.

well you need to use a program called hjsplit, google for it (nevermind here it is: http://www.freebytesoftware.com/download/hjsplit.zip) and then once you have downloaded that and have ran and installed it, click join on the program and then select your something.avi.001 file!!


But make sure that all of the files are as they were origanally e.g.

something.avi.001
something.avi.002

not

something.avi.001.avi
something.avi.002.avi

or

something.001.avi
something.002.avi

I just downloaded all 8 parts for rush hour 3 and i tried extracting it but it says the file is corrupted.. and when i open it.. it says
!D:\Rush Hour 3\delay-rush3-xvid.part3.rar: Unexpected end of archive what does that mean..?

it means there are more parts to the movie that you ill need to get
