Hi there was wonder where i can get filters to enhance the quality of the movie to make it more clear like dvd quality! plz help
Well you can just use a converter but that takes a long time!!!
If you want to do that, get this:

Then once you have it set all the things to the highest quality and then convert!!
I know it says video joiner, but if you only have one file it will just convert it!!
That is the only method i know of that can enhance the quality of the picture and sound!!!
