how about a chat box that is faster than the forum so people can chat about general things and dont have to go through the reply to post thing, u know what i mean right??
or the create new thread then type ur query/request
i think that it would be a much simpler way of people getting simple answers, for example a person that is new to flixdump asks a question that everyone knows the answer to like i cant open the file coz its .rar then the person that is online can tell them that they need winrar to open and extract it
this would also keep repetative thread being created on the forum

Another idea instead of that which would be quite a lot easier is an IRC channel, if anybody doesn't know what this is, it's a little like MSN!!

i was thinking maybe like what some gaming clans have where they have a small chat box with users that are on at the same time so they can chat about whatever on that

Torob's idea was good but the problem is that it saves all the posts so people would still have the same problem of replying to posts and blocking up the forum with useless info, if a chat box was in place then they wouldnt be endless posts and it wouldd delete the least recent ones that were irelevant
