you have win rar right? if not you neeed to get it

if so you have to extract the files to a diffrent file, the file tye is usually .avi


then you need to get a burning program like nero, windows DVD maker and create the DVD

i jsut noticed that you put cd, if u meant dvd tht is ok coz u cannot put a movie on a cd because it is too large of a file for it to handle you will need somee dvd's
