did you copy the password or did you type it in, if you copied it then check that itt doesnt have any spaces before or after it

that was my next suggestion, coz i have doe that before where i copied the password in and it had a space after it

nah man, I use internet explorer, and im using a free account so it may take a while to download the files from Part 2
just do part 2 and try it i think he means that
