i downloaded a movie that was listed as a vcd. i have never created one before and have no idea what to do with the 2 .bin and 2 .cue files. i tried using nero's create a video cd feature but it didn't recognize those files.
does anyone know how i use them to create a vcd?
I know how to view them on your pc. Look for a download called Daemon Tools and that allows you to run a virtual drive, which you can then select the cue to load to the drive.

quick guide,
get Daemon tools (google)
download, install, it will ask you to reboot, do so,
open it, and in task bar there sould be a little red/green lightning,
right click it, go to emulation, select drives,
press 1
then click on the lightning icon using left click, then select the drive, load the .bin .cue (only 1 is needed) and wait for it to load

daemon tools caused lots of pc problems for me, so i uninstalled it.
but,
i burned the files to cd using nero 6, so all is good.

but to let you know, i believe nero also has a virtual drive, i've used it long long time ago, just dont remember when,
im positive alcohol 120% has a virtual drive, so you can use that if you have...
you can always search on google, "virtual cd drive" and get one of the programs that come up
