What errors are you getting, it may be the file, not what you are doing.
I am getting this error ::

I guess that you used a password for the other sections and it doesn't work for part 7. that is a problem with the file, not what you are doing.

You can't just click on the first one, you need to copy and paste it into your address bar.
What size are this rar files? I was getting the entire movie from Easynews and they were about 700mb and I notice here its a lot more files to convert to the entire movie. What is the reason behind that and a good software/freeware to combine them to burn the movie?
I'm new to this site, please bear w/ me for some of these questions as I only trying to learn the way this works on this sight.

winrar is like zip, a compression format. There are usually 7 or 8 flies per movie, this is because of the size limits imposed by most filehosts.
