I have been getting good results with DVDFlick. It is very easy to use.

This is the one i use. It's a all in one..

I got Xilisoft.
With DVD Flick I had alot of problems with the quality and sound. To much trouble from my experience. Xilisoft is simple and gives good quality and sound.
